Eurostar From ONLY £3900
European Time
At this present moment in time Eurostar like any other company are keeping a close eye on the ever changing Covid 19 situation, so you may see cancellations of services or in fact total closedown of the service itself should that be government advice. Believe me Eurostar take such matters very seriously. mind you it is their business as well as people’s lives at risk so doing the right thing is the only option.
Eurostar’s first journey was made to Paris and the route still attracts many passengers each and every year. As stated below with a travelling time of 2 hours and 15 minutes you really cannot go wrong. Okay with the current situation with the virus things couldn’t remain “Normal” it just couldn’t happen, so they have made many changes. As I am one of those vulnerable people I only read what is going on like anyone else, however I will advise this, Check Their Website for regular updates. Two items I can stress though are, 1, you must wear a mask and 2, the seating arrangements have changed. This is all done in the interests of health so please refrain from getting aggressive with people who only have their passengers health at heart. I have used Eurostar’s services over twenty times and have yet to have a bad experience, sometimes we hear that a train has been delayed for quite a long time, but this is usually out of their control and the problem of the Local area in wich they happen to be travelling. I would reccommend Eurostar to anybody, it is certainly my choice of travel on mainland Europe from the UK.
As you can see in the picture to the left, St Pancras has been the home of Eurostar since 2007 after leaving it’s former home at Waterloo. With the introduction of HS1 (High Speed One). HS1 puts the UK on an equal par for High Speed services as mainland Europe so travel times started to come down. Paris in 2Hrs and 15Mins, let’s be fair who would have thought that possible. even flying takes 1Hr 20Mins, so if you have to go through baggage too Eurostar can be considered the quickest alternative.
Don’t Forget, With The Current Situation Please Keep Your Distance From Others. It Is EVERYONE’S Responsibility
